Q: What happens if it doesn't fit?

A: If you rented from a Boutique you are able to go into the store and exchange sizes as long as it is available and the security tag is still attached.  If you rented from a Private Closet you will receive full credit towards your next rental as long as the security tag is still attached.

Q: Am I able to get a refund on my rental if it didn't fit?

A: No, but you can use the credit towards your next rental or purchase on SemiYours.

Q: Am I able to get a refund if I am unhappy with my rental?

A: Please contact SemiYours customer service immediately. We will investigate while doing our best to accommodate you.

Q: What happens if I damage my rental?

A: If you purchase the SemiYours Insurance prior to this incident then you simply drop it off at the designated cleaners and not worry about it. If you did not purchase the coverage then you will be charged for the repair or replacement. SemiYours will contact you about the incident. 

Q: What happens if I return my rental late?

A: You will be charged a late fee per day the item is late. The late fee is half the amount of the total rental cost. (Example: Rental $20 for 4 days.  On the 5th day you would be charged  $10. On the 6th you will be charged $10 until the Garment is returned). After 15 days you will be charged the full retail price, in addition to the late fees, and the Garment is yours to keep. 

Q: What happens if I never received my rental?

A: You will receive a full refund and the payment will be returned to the original credit card the purchase was made with.

Q: What happens if I rented out my Garment and never received back?

A: SemiYours will replace your Garment at the current depreciated market value with additional compensation. 

Q: When will I receive payment for my rented Garments?

A: After you have picked up your Garment from the designated cleaners SemiYours will receive notification. It will take 3-4 business days to receive your funds through PayPal. 

Q: What happens if I don't live in the same community as the Owner?

A: You can always rent outside of your community if you are willing to pick it up at designated cleaners or you can have it delivered for an additional cost. Please see delivery eligibility. 

Q: What happens if I'm no longer able to get to the designated cleaners before it closes?

A: You will be charged a storage fee and can pick it up the following day. Or you may have it delivered to your location for an additional cost. 

Q: How much is the storage fee?

A: $5

Q: How much is the cancellation fee?

A: 25% of total rental cost if before 48 hours of rental period and 50% of total rental cost if within 48 hours of rental period. 

Q: What are these big blue tags on my rental?

A: The designated cleaners puts on these tags as proof of cleanliness. If broken, the item must be cleaned again and will be labeled as used.
